Our Commitment

Quality with vision. Innovation with responsibility.

IMM electronics GmbH is a dynamic, future-oriented company whose goal is to develop, manufacture, and sell high-quality products and to offer services based on them.

Partnerships that last.

We strive to meet our customers’ quality requirements and aim to build long-term customer loyalty to IMM electronics GmbH through a dedicated marketing strategy. By achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, IMM electronics GmbH ensures that our customers return to our products and services. Competent support and the well-thought-out fulfillment of expectations help maintain and strengthen our customers’ trust.

Systematic quality and environmental management.

Our quality and environmental policy provides the framework for achieving, safeguarding, and continuously improving quality and environmental performance in all areas of the company. Every employee develops a strong awareness of their actions through training in the integrated management system, which is subject to annual internal and external audits to verify compliance with requirements.

The integrated management system is a key tool for implementing, maintaining, and improving our processes. Defined processes control our value creation. They are regularly monitored and adapted to the needs of the business. We are committed to complying with legal regulations and requirements and evaluate them on a regular basis.

At IMM electronics GmbH, the effects of our business activities are reviewed, monitored, and assessed with regard to their environmental impact. We rule out potential environmental impacts as early as the planning stage of product and process development.

As part of the continuous improvement process, IMM electronics GmbH defines measurable quality and environmental objectives every year, which are communicated to employees and backed with resources by management. The key figures in our quality and environmental assessments ensure that the use and consumption of resources are appropriate to the size of our company.

Management promotes quality- and environment-conscious conduct by leading by example, which includes a sustainable approach to business and employee leadership. Within the IMM structures, the basic responsibilities of each position holder, together with the corresponding tasks, rights, and duties, are clearly defined.

Our employees receive regular training on the integrated management system, environmental protection, and occupational safety according to a training plan. They put the company’s objectives into practice at their workplace, report potential risks, and work to improve them within the scope of their authority. Our managers motivate and communicate with their employees, creating a healthy and family-friendly working environment.

We pass on the quality and environmental requirements that we ourselves meet to our customers, partners, and suppliers, so that IMM can lead the way with its strengths.

For our voluntary environmental achievements and our certification in accordance with the environmental standard DIN EN ISO 14001, we have been recognized by the Saxony Environmental Alliance (Umweltallianz Sachsen) for environmental compatibility and sustainability.

Responsibility for the proper take-back and disposal of waste equipment

As a registered producer under the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), we inform you about the return of waste electrical and electronic equipment, the responsible use of resources, and the data protection-compliant disposal of your devices.

This symbol indicates that electrical and electronic equipment must be collected separately from unsorted household waste.

The WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU governs the distribution, take-back, and proper disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment within the European Union. It entered into force on August 13, 2012, and is a revision of WEEE Directive 2002/96/EC. The directive aims to prevent, reduce, and dispose of the growing volume of electronic waste in an environmentally sound manner by extending producer responsibility for products.

We fulfill our responsibility by being registered with the Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte-Register (ear) under WEEE registration number DE 939 24963 and by offering a take-back option for waste equipment from our own production. Commercial users must register waste equipment for which IMM electronics GmbH is the producer by email at:

End users' own responsibility for deleting personal data

Waste equipment to be disposed of may contain sensitive personal data that must not fall into the hands of third parties.

We expressly point out that end users of waste equipment are themselves responsible for deleting personal data from the equipment to be disposed of.

Our products bear the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol.

Resources should not be wasted but properly recycled through the separate collection of electrical equipment and batteries / rechargeable batteries. Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be disposed of with normal household waste. Every consumer is obliged to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries to a collection point in their municipality or district or to a retailer so that they can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
