SAB Funding
Funding as a driver for innovation, digitalization and the sustainable development of our company.
Investments with a lasting impact
Support from the Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB), the development bank of the Free State of Saxony, enables us to invest specifically in digitalization, continuing education, vocational training and the further development of our corporate culture. This lays the foundation for sustainable growth and strengthens our competitiveness.
Project Funding
- Business consulting “Developing an employer positioning strategy”
- Building a consistent corporate culture, both internally and externally, that also appeals to potential new, qualified employees.
- Project goal: Securing IMM’s strategic growth.
Digitalization Grant
- Introduction of new software modules for the ERP system to enable paperless order processing
The project aims to improve efficiency in order management and to make the entire manufacturing process more transparent and easier to control.
Funding from the Sächsische Aufbaubank’s ERDF Digitalization Grant program 2021–2027 is crucial in enabling us to make these forward-looking investments. The planned digitalization will not only benefit our company but also help strengthen the regional economy.
Collaborative Apprenticeship Training
The project aims to improve the quality of apprenticeship training and increase the number of apprenticeship places offered by the training company.
Funding is provided for training content delivered at other companies or institutions to complement in-house training (collaborative apprenticeship training).
FMEA Training
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a method for systematically preventing errors or risks when developing or changing products, services and processes. The earlier potential errors and risks are identified and prevented through preventive measures, the greater the potential savings. Especially for complex products and processes, FMEA makes it possible to retain the expertise for producing a product or service within the company and to leverage synergies when developing similar products and processes. In the seminar, participants practice applying the methodology using practical examples.

This training provides the theoretical knowledge and practical know-how needed to process payroll correctly. Participants also learn the legal and organizational background.

This training is needed to develop an internal mentoring and leadership program and to further develop employees and managers. Onboarding and training in a new HR management system, including personnel master data, wage types, activation of HR DataService, employers’ liability insurance master data queries, gross pay entry training, individual reporting, wage type analysis, and setting up an organizational unit for HR management and approval structures for faster, more effective processing across all areas of HR management.
Certified IPC Specialist according to IPC-A-610
The goal of the training is certification as an IPC-A-610 Certified IPC Specialist (CIS). The training strengthens participants’ ability to distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable assemblies. Participants learn when and why assemblies should be rejected or accepted, which increases confidence in assessing the quality of electronic assemblies. The training helps manufacturers and suppliers by enabling employees to apply clearly defined quality criteria reliably. As a result, customers can be assured of the highest quality while the company’s own production costs are optimized.

Release Training as Part of the B2B Rollout
During the first half of 2019, the ERP system will be extended with a recently available interface: a web-based B2B connection that gives external suppliers, customers and partners direct insight into the data and processes relevant to them via defined data extracts. This direct communication significantly streamlines communication and effort in the processes concerned.
It is essential to prepare the employees who will primarily work with the new interface for the new functions and workflows through comprehensive training, to ensure the best possible start and success of the interface.
Windows 10 – Theory and Practice
Support for Windows 7 is ending. In line with our compliance guidelines, the infrastructure must therefore be migrated to Windows 10. Our employee is to support this rollout and must acquire the necessary know-how.
Certified Controller
As a result of the merger of the IMM Group into IMM electronics GmbH, numerous restructuring measures were carried out. In this context, the position of Head of Controlling needs to be filled. Our employee brings the best qualifications for this position. What she still lacks is a corresponding formal qualification and specific knowledge in this field, which this training is intended to provide.
