| Intelligente Niederhalterkomponente 'IntelNikom' Ziel des Forschungsprojektes ist die Entwicklung einer intelligenten Niederhalterkomponente mit integrierter Kraftmesstechnik. Dadurch wird es möglich die Ziehkissenkräfte direkt im Umformwerkzeug und damit prozessnah zu erfassen. Die Messdaten werden drahtlos an die Maschinensteuerung oder an ein Auswerte-Tablet übertragen. Daraus wird ein digitaler „Fingerabdruck“ der tatsächlichen Kraftverhältnisse errechnet und visuell dargestellt. Dieser Fingerabdruck dient zum einen als Hilfestellung für das Nacharbeiten von neuen Werkzeugen. Zum anderen kann der Fingerabdruck auch während der laufenden Produktion zur Zustandsüberwachung (Condition Monitoring) eingesetzt werden, wobei ein permanenter Abgleich der erfassten Istkräfte mit den zulässigen Prozess-/Werkzeuggrenzen erfolgt. Dadurch können z.B. Werkzeugverschleiß frühzeitig erkannt und kapitale Werkzeugschäden verhindert werden. | 01.01.2019 bis 31.12.2020 |  |
